Investing in Energy Efficiency – Participation in the EENergy Program

At HELLAGRO S.A., our commitment to sustainable development and energy efficiency is reflected in our actions. In 2024, we installed a photovoltaic system on the roof of our warehouse in Aspropyrgos, achieving an annual energy saving of 21,000 kWh and reducing our company’s total energy consumption by 48%.

This investment marks a significant step in our strategy to reduce our energy footprint. At the same time, we are participating in the EENergy program, a European Union initiative that promotes at least 5% energy savings for businesses.

We remain dedicated to transitioning towards a more sustainable operational model, with plans to install photovoltaic systems at our headquarters in the near future.
