Antonios Tsagarakis is the Chairman & CEO of the company.

Born in Vienna and graduating from the Department of Economics and Social Sciences, he worked in companies in Vienna as a Sales Director, while in 2001 he decided to establish his own company, HELLAGRO, with the aim of providing integrated solutions in the packaging sector through a visionary vision.

Marios Tsagarakis is the new generation of the company, having taken on the role of Business Development Manager with the aim of further expanding its growth. Additionally, he is active in the fashion industry, as a participant in the “Mati” brand, and in the energy sector, as the Managing Director of the company YouSave.

He holds a degree in Economics and International Development from the University of Sussex and a postgraduate degree in Corporate Management from UCL.

Despite being the youngest executive in the company at the moment, he has created and implemented strategic plans that have led to a significant increase in our business volume. With his fresh perspective and creativity, he has also proposed and implemented new initiatives that have revitalized our corporate culture and strengthened our position in the market. His commitment to excellence and his dynamic approach to his duties have earned him the appreciation and respect of our entire team.

Debbie Pegkli is our Corporate Relations Manager, responsible for developing and managing strategic corporate relationships, aiming to strengthen collaborations and expand our partner network. With her leadership skills, she plays a key role in the company’s growth, ensuring strong and reliable partnerships with our clients and collaborators.

She holds a Bachelor of Applied Arts in Business Administration from The American College in London and an MSc in Analysis, Design, and Management of Information Systems from the London School of Economics and Political Science. Her strong academic background enables her to manage complex corporate relationships and develop successful business strategies that meet the constantly evolving market demands.

Prior to joining our company, she worked as a Financial Analyst, where she was responsible for processing and analyzing financial reports. Her duties included forecasting, preparing profit and loss statements, and monitoring operating expenses, providing valuable data for strategic decision-making.

Ioannis Zolotas is Director of Operations and at the same time Head of Research & Development of the company. His areas of responsibility include the achievement of strategic objectives, new investments, subsidy programs, certification issues, environment, trademarks, business continuity, renewable energy & energy saving projects, insurance and many more.

He holds a degree in Chemical Engineering with a Master’s degree from Aachen University of Technology, has many years of experience in large business groups, public projects, the building materials industry, international contact development, is a pioneer in renewable energy and conservation and holds two patents at OBI.

Nassos Valakas holds the position of Business Excellence Director & ESG Lead at the company, creating and implementing strategies that promote the performance and sustainable growth of the business. With strong leadership and analytical skills, he contributes to the promotion of innovation and sustainability within the company.

He holds two postgraduate degrees, one in Computer Science from Queen Mary University of London and one in Plant Production from the Agricultural University of Athens.

He is a professional with extensive experience in the field of Supply Chain, with a significant cognitive background in ESG issues.

Aggeliki Pasiadou has been the Director of the company’s Finance Department since 2006, actively contributing to its development and playing a crucial role in the decisions that lead to its evolution. Having taken on this responsibility, she has gained a full understanding of the company’s needs and challenges, aiming at the effective management of both financial and human resources to ensure the success of corporate strategic objectives.

She graduated from the Athens University of Economics and Business and is a member of the Economic Chamber of Athens. She has extensive experience in managing financial resources and making strategic decisions, having served as a financial manager for many years in production units of industry and craftsmanship. Her professional journey has been enhanced by her participation in long-term seminars on financial analysis and certifications in issues related to international accounting standards.

Evi Tsatsaki serves as our Marketing & Communications Manager, tasked with creating and implementing communication strategies aimed at enhancing brand recognition, strengthening customer loyalty, and boosting sales.

She holds a degree in Marketing and Communications from the Athens University of Economics and Business and brings years of experience in Advertising and Marketing. With a strong background in marketing (both traditional and digital), copywriting, event organization, and the design and execution of advertising campaigns, her aim is to ensure maximum engagement with the audience and align marketing objectives with the company’s business strategy and values.

Nikos Remediakis oversees the sales department of Agricultural Products at the company. He is involved in the strategic planning of sales strategies, manages the company’s sales team, is responsible for developing new markets and expanding the client portfolio, manages customer relationships, and is responsible for developing strategic commercial partnerships with other companies.

He is a Chemical Engineer graduate of the University of Patras, with a Master’s degree (MSc) in Chemical Engineering from the University of Connecticut, USA. His experience in packaging materials and machinery for fresh fruits and vegetables dates back to 1995 when he started as a Sales Engineer and Product Group Manager. Over the years, with his additional involvement in other agricultural supplies, he rose to the position of Sales Director for the Agricultural Sector of the company overall by 2020.

Haris Bogosian is the Commercial Director of industrial packaging, tasked with managing and organizing the sales force, formulating and implementing commercial policies, as well as enhancing the product range to ensure optimal sales performance and smooth overall commercial operations of the company.

He holds a degree in Political Science and Public Administration from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (Law School), specializing in international relations. He has been working in the industrial packaging sector in managerial roles since 2001, receiving multidimensional training and certifications from major international producers of packaging machinery and materials. The guiding principle of his commercial philosophy is the direct service of partners with quality, reliability, and consistency.

George Giannoulos serves as the Sales Manager for industrial food packaging. He has been with the company since 2016 and is responsible for developing materials that enhance the sustainability and appearance of food products originating from the industrial sector.

He holds a degree in Food Science and Technology from the University of West Attica and has been working in the field of industrial food packaging since 2006. His goal is to provide innovative solutions that meet the needs of every partner.

Yiannis Itsios has been appointed as the Director of our branch in Thessaloniki since 2019. He has been with the company since 2012, managing a diverse client portfolio across all sectors of the company’s activities. Additionally, he is responsible for developing new markets and expanding our client base in Northern Greece.

He holds a degree in Chemistry from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and has extensive sales experience across various industries. His philosophy is to manage each collaboration uniquely, with the ultimate goal of maintaining long-term relationships.
