Big Bags for Hazardous Materials (UN)
Description
HELLAGRO S.A. provides certified Big Bags in the Greek and European market according to the international regulations of the United Nations Association (UN). Known as UN big bags, they are available in four types: 13H1, 13H2, 13H3, 13H4, depending on the requirements for material transport or storage.
UN big bags are used for the safe transport and storage of Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) generated through industrial activities and comply with international transport codes ADR, RID, IMDG.
Compared to typical big bags, UN big bags are exceptionally resistant to prevent leakage of hazardous materials even under pressure conditions, characteristics for which they are tested and certified by internationally recognized certification bodies such as Labordata, IBE BVI, IIP, ensuring compliance with all required specifications and ensuring smooth and safe transport.
Flat cases (cassettes), or Platten bags, suitable for transporting asbestos plates, are also available.
The most common codes we have in stock are: UN 13H3/Y 4-point suspension big bag internal dimensions 95 x 95 x 130 shirt up / closed down 1250kg and Case for asbestos plates 260 or 320 x 125 x 30 or 45.
